Core Values

The centerpiece of our activity are the Core Values established by our Board. Core values define who we are and how we live out our mission. They ensure that our work remains aligned with Christ-centered principles while responding to real-world needs with integrity, compassion, and purpose.

How Core Values Are Applied

  1. Guiding Decision-Making

Every grant, partnership, and initiative is evaluated through the lens of our core values. This ensures that resources are directed toward ministries and efforts that reflect our faith, mission, and long-term vision.

  1. Shaping Organizational Culture

Core values influence how leaders, board members, and staff interact—with one another and with those we serve. They foster a culture of trust, accountability, humility, and service.

  1. Strengthening Partnerships

By clearly expressing our values, we build meaningful relationships with donors, churches, and ministry partners who share a common purpose. This alignment creates unity and amplifies impact.

  1. Ensuring Faithful Stewardship

As stewards of entrusted resources, core values guide how funds are managed, invested, and distributed. They reinforce transparency, responsibility, and a commitment to maximizing Kingdom impact.

  1. Inspiring Generosity and Engagement

When people understand what we stand for, they are more likely to engage, give, and partner with confidence. Core values help communicate not just what we do—but why it matters.

Living Out Our Values

Core values are not static statements—they are lived out daily through action:

  • Supporting ministries that transform lives
  • Investing in leadership and discipleship
  • Serving communities with compassion and integrity
  • Encouraging faithful giving and stewardship
  • Building relationships rooted in trust and shared mission

Through these actions, our values become visible and measurable in the lives we touch.

The Impact of Values-Driven Ministry

When a foundation operates with clear, faith-centered values, the impact extends far beyond financial support. It creates:

  • Stronger, more sustainable ministries
  • Deeper trust among donors and partners
  • Greater alignment between mission and action
  • Lasting transformation in individuals, families, and communities

Core values ensure that every resource entrusted to us is used not only effectively—but faithfully.
