No Man Left Behind

Leadership from the Wesleyan Foundation For Men participated in a national men’s leadership gathering sponsored by the National Association of Conference Presidents of the United Methodist Men. Leaders from across the nation attended to learn and share in mutual support.

Training on “No Man Left Behind” was a featured activity where leaders were equipped to reach and connect with men in order to offer them tools and processes that are proven to deliver significant and even transformational support.

“Overview of No Man Left Behind Model Training” – The NMLB Model of Man in the Mirror Ministries is a disciple making process for the men’s ministry groups at local churches. Disciples in turn model the characteristics of Jesus in the Home, Church and Community becoming great Husbands, Fathers, Servant Leaders.

Desired Outcome- For men to utilize the training materials back at their local church Men’s Ministry community to learn, implement and transform their faith community into an environment of Jesus followers, servants and sharers of the Gospel!

Desired Outcome – Review these required roles and duties of Conference Presidents with attendees so over time they execute them in a timely and effective manner.
